You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your application before document submission
  • We are unable to process your application due to our error
  • The destination country suspends visa processing

3. Partial Refund

A partial refund may be provided if:

  • You cancel after document submission but before embassy submission
  • Processing fees have already been incurred

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Embassy/consulate fees (once paid to the authority)
  • Document verification fees
  • Courier and handling charges
  • Service fees after application submission to embassy

5. Visa Rejection

In case of visa rejection, embassy fees are non-refundable as per embassy policies. Service fees may be partially refunded based on the stage of processing and at our discretion.
